Welcome to FSBOWausau.com! FSBO Wausau, LLC was founded in January 2008 by two Wausau natives and UW-Madison graduates, John H. Bradley, an attorney, and Andrew K. Brainard, a real estate broker and property manager. After living in larger metropolitan areas and listing his own homes "For Sale By Owner" and Flat Fee MLS, John recognized the value of this emerging trend for owners to sell their own homes, and decided along with Andrew, that there was a need for an alternative to traditional real estate sales for home sellers in the Wausau area.

No longer do home owners wanting to sell their homes on their own have to resort to a yard sign and expensive classified ads. We have combined a traditional "For Sale By Owner" website with the high-powered access to thousands of buyers through the MLS for home owners throughout the Wausau area and beyond. This service is intended for home sellers looking for an alternative to listing with traditional real estate companies, as well as those who are motivated to sell, want control of selling their home, are price conscientious, and want to maximize their profit and preserve the equity they have built up in one of their most important investments.
